The invention relates to a process for producing phase-stabilized particulate ammonium nitrate (AN) by incorporating a diammine complex of the metals copper, nickel or zinc into the crystal lattice of the AN and reacting the AN with inorganic Cu, Ni and/or Zn compounds. The process is characterized in that carbonates and/or hydroxide carbonates and/or hydroxides are added as the inorganic compounds of the metals Cu, Ni and/or Zn. The invention furthermore provides for the addition of additives for reducing the melting temperature of the AN.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire du nitrate d'ammonium particulaire à phases stabilisées par incorporation d'un complexe diamine de cuivre, nickel ou zinc dans le réseau cristallin du nitrate d'ammonium. Ce procédé consiste à faire réagir le nitrate d'ammonium avec des composés inorganiques de Cu, Ni et/ou Zn. Il est caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute des carbonates et/ou des carbonates d'hydroxyde et/ou des hydroxydes sous forme de composés inorganiques de Cu, Ni et/ou Zn. Selon ce procédé, on ajoute en outre des additifs pour faire baisser la température de fusion du nitrate d'ammonium.
