It is intended to provide a process for efficiently and stably producing an LCPUFA-PL. More specifically speaking, a process for producing a phospholipid which is a phospholipid containing a long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid (LCPUFA) as a constituent thereof (i.e., LCPUFA-PL), starting with a lipid- producing microorganism capable of producing a lipid containing the LCPUFA as a constituent, comprising the PL extraction step wherein the phospholipid (PL) is extracted from defatted microbial cells after extracting triglyceride (TG)- containing fat from the lipid-producing microorganism as described above.
La présente invention a trait à un procédé pour la production efficace et stable d'un phospholipide contenant de l'acide gras polyinsaturé à chaîne longue. De manière plus spécifique, l'invention a trait à un procédé pour la production d'un phospholipide qui est un phospholipide contenant de l'acide gras polyinsaturé à chaîne longue comme constituant, avec au départ un micro-organisme de production de lipide capable de produire un lipide contenant de l'acide gras polyinsaturé à chaîne longue comme constituant, comprenant une étape d'extraction de phospholipide dans laquelle le phospholipide est extrait à partir de cellules microbiennes délipidées suite à l'extraction de matière grasse contenant du triglycéride à partir du micro-organisme de production de phospholipide telle que décrite plus haut.
