ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a process for producing polyurethane foams by reacting an organic polyol and an organic polyisocyanate in the presence of a blowing agent, a catalyst, and a surfactant, wherein a tertiary triamine derivative is used having the formula (I): Image (I) wherein R1 and R2, which may be the same or different, each represent an alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R3, R4, and R5, which may be the same or different, each represent an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R6 and R7, which may be the same or different, each represent hydrogen or a methyl group, and m and n each are an integer of 0 to 10, provided that m+n is not 0. The polyurethane foam obtained is substantially free from odors and does not cause a discoloration or deterioration of a polyvinyl chloride resin covering or a film or a coating covering of the polyurethane foam product.
