A process for efficiently producing a water-dispersible particulate agricultural-chemical composition having im-proved disintegrability/dispersibility in water, the composition having a particle size in the range of 50-1,000 µm. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps (a) to (e): (a) a step in which an agricultural-chemical active ingredient, a surfac-tant, and water are kneaded; (b) a step in which the resultant mixture is extruded through a screen having an opening diameter of 600-2,000 µm. to form granules; (c) a step in which the granules are dried; (d) a step in which two toothed rolls each having irreg-ularities disposed on the roll surface are arranged parallel and rotated, and the dried granules are passed through the nip between the toothed rolls to thereby crush the granules; and (e) a step in which the crushed granules are sieved.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de production efficace d'une composition agrochimique de particules dispersibles dans l'eau présentant une aptitude améliorée à la désintégration/dispersion dans l'eau, la composition présentant une taille de particules dans la plage de 50 à 1 000 µm. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes (a) à (e) suivantes : (a) une étape au cours de laquelle on malaxe un ingrédient agrochimique actif, un agent tensioactif et de l'eau ; (b) une étape au cours de laquelle on extrude le mélange résultant à travers un tamis présentant un diamètre d'ouverture de 600 à 2 000 µm afin de former des granules ; (c) une étape au cours de laquelle on sèche les granules ; (d) une étape au cours de laquelle on dispose en parallèle et on fait tourner deux rouleaux dentés présentant chacun des irrégularités disposées sur la surface de rouleau, et on amène les granules séchés à passer à travers le pincement entre les rouleaux dentés, de façon à broyer ainsi les granules ; et (e) une étape au cours de laquelle on tamise les granules broyés.
