The invention relates to a method for the production of web sections (2, 12) from a flexible web material (1, 11), wherein the web material is equipped with tear-off lines (3a, 3b; 13) at the distances of the length (L) of the web sections to be formed, the lines weakening the web material, but not effecting a complete separation of the web sections from the web material, and the web sections being separated from the web material along the tear-off lines by tearing. The web material (1, 11) comprises a woven fabric made of stretched plastic strips, and the tear-off lines (3a, 3b; 13) are created by means of laser beam treatment.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de tronçons (2, 12) de bande à partir d'un matériau flexible en bande (1, 11), le matériau en bande étant pourvu, à un intervalle de longueur (L) des tronçons à former, de lignes de rupture (3a; 3b; 13) qui affaiblissent le matériau en bande, mais n'induisent pas de séparation complète des tronçons de bande du matériau en bande, et les tronçons de bande sont séparés le long des lignes de rupture par déchirure du matériau en bande. Le matériau en bande (1, 11) comprend un tissu constitué de bandelettes de matière plastique tricotées, et les lignes de rupture (3a; 3b; 13) sont produites par traitement par rayon laser.
