A process for the production of 1-(3-(2-(1-benzothiophen-5- yl)ethoxy)propyl)azetidin-3-ol or salts thereof which comprises using as a starting compound a (phenylthio)acetic acid derivative represented by the general formula [1] or a salt thereof: [Chemical Formula 1] (wherein X1 is halogeno) is useful as a safe process for mass production of 1-(3-(2- (1- benzothiophen-5-yl)ethoxy)propyl)azetidin-3-ol or salts thereof which are useful as remedies for central nervous system diseases and peripheral nerve diseases.
L~invention concerne un procédé de production du 1-(3-(2-(1-benzothiophén-5- yl)éthoxy)propyl)azétidin-3-ol ou de ses sels, ledit procédé comprenant l~utilisation, en tant que composé de départ, d~un dérivé acide (phénylthio)acétique de formule générale [1] ou l~un de ses sels : [Formule chimique 1] (Dans la formule, X1 représente un groupe halogéno). Ledit procédé permet de produire de façon sûre et en masse le 1-(3-(2- (1-benzothiophén-5-yl)éthoxy)propyl)azétidin-3-ol ou ses sels, ces composés étant utiles en tant que remèdes aux maladies du système nerveux central et des nerfs périphériques.
