In a process for production of an object of at least two parts (12, 14) one part (14) takes the form of a blank of a plastically deformable material. The blank (30) has a recess (32) and an anchoring part (22) which can be inserted in the recess (32) protrudes from the part (12) to be connected with the blank (30). The anchoring part (22) is inserted in the recess (32), the blank (30) laid in a mould, pressed into the mould by solid forming and connected with the anchoring part (22) in a force and/or interference fit.
