Abstract of the Disclosure The invention relates to a process for producing a hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer. The carbon double bonds of a conjugated diene polymer are hydrogenated in a solvent using a catalyst composed of hydrogena- tion catalyst supported on a carbon carrier having an average particle diameter of 5 mµ to 10 µ and a specific surface area of 5 to 200 m2/g. After the hydrogenation reaction the hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer is separated from the solution of the hydrogenated polymer without separating the catalyst therefrom.
