The invention relates to a process for production of zeolites from raw materials with alkali alumino-hydrosilicate content comprising converting the alkali alumino-hydrosilicate content of the raw material into an amorphous state by acidic treatment, separating the intermediate amorphous solid material from the liquid phase and optionally purifying same, re-suspending it in water, alkalizing the suspension, followed by forming a slurry of the composition corresponding to the type of zeolite to be manufactured optionally by blending it with components containing SiO2, and/or A l2O3 and/or Na2O, followed by crystallization by method known per se after optionally adding crystal nuclei and/or aging of the synthesis slurry and separating the obtained zeolite product.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de zéolites à partir de matières premières avec une concentration en alumino-hydrosilicate alcalin qui consiste à convertir la concentration en alumino-hydrosilicate alcalin de la matière première en un état amorphe par traitement à l'acide, à séparer la matière solide intermédiaire amorphe de la phase liquide et éventuellement, à purifier celle-ci, à la suspendre à nouveau dans l'eau, à alcaliser la suspension. Le procédé consiste en outre à former un coulis à partir de la composition correspondant au type de zéolite à préparer en le mélangeant éventuellement à des composants renfermant du SiO¿2?, et/ou AL¿2?O¿3? et/ou Na¿2?O et à le cristalliser par un procédé connu en soi après avoir ajouté éventuellement des cristaux primaires et/ou à vieillir le coulis de synthèse et à séparer le produit zéolite obtenu.
