ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A process for recording laser radiation is disclosed. A photosensi- tive material comprising a copying coating and a carrier is exposed to a visible light having no ultra-violet component and is then developed. The process is characterized by the use of a negative working diazonium compound and a colorant which absorbs light in the spectral range between 450 and 550 nm and which sensitizes the diazonium co compound for exposure to laser light. The use of this colorant increases the sensitivity of the diazonium compound to radiation outside of the known sensitivity of the diazonium.
