ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Described is a process for recovering sulphurated styrene residues obtained in the purification of styrene produced by catalytic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene, which comprises mixing said residues with a gas oil and subjecting the resulting mixture to cracking, fractionated distillation and hydrodesulphurization of the heavy fractions having a boiling point of at least 140°C.
