A process for selectively extracting bioactive components from a raw material extract derived from vegetable matter, including the steps of: (a) passing said raw material extract through a passageway containing an adsorbent whereby at least some of the components to be extracted are adsorbed on to the said adsorbent; (b) subsequently passing through said passageway an eluent mixture substantially containing water and alcohol whereby the concentration of alcohol in the eluent is increased at a substantially constant rate from 15 vol percent to 95 vol percent during at least those periods when the components are being eluted; (c) sequentially collecting an eluate in fractions corresponding to the presence of the extracted components.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'extraire de manière sélective des composants bioactifs d'un extrait de matière brute dérivé de matière végétale. Le procédé consiste a) à faire passer ledit extrait de matière brute dans une voie contenant un adsorbant, au moins une partie des composants à extraire étant adsorbée sur ledit adsorbant, b) à ensuite faire passer dans ladite voie un mélange éluant contenant principalement de l'eau et de l'alcool, la concentration de l'alcool dans l'éluant étant augmentée à un taux sensiblement constant de 15 % vol. à 95 % vol. durant au moins les périodes d'élution des composants, et c) à recueillir séquentiellement une solution d'élution en fractions correspondant à la présence des composants extraits.
