Abstract of the Disclosure Conventional paper filler materials that are present in aqueous suspensions of filler and paper fiber that do not contain substantial amounts of ink can be efficiently separated from the paper fibers by gas froth flotation in the presence of certain organic esters of phosphoric acid. The process is well suited to recycling of printed wastepaper, after the latter has been pulped into an aqueous suspension and the suspension has been conven- tionally deinked.
