Abstract of the Disclosure A process of separating substantially pure NH3 and substantially pure CO2 from a composition comprising NH3 and CO2. The separation is effec- ted in an NH3 and a CO2 separation zone by the action of heat. The CO2 separation is effected in the presence of water in an amount of from 0.2 to 6 times by weight of the feed to the CO2 separation zone. This invention provides a simpler and less costly process than known processes.
