A process for stable production of aromatic polycarbonates by reacting an aromatic dihydroxyl compound with a diaryl carbonate continuously by the use of a closed reactor/pipeline system which comprises plural reactors connected liquid-tightly by a pipeline consisting of one or more pipes toward the port for discharging an aromatic polycarbonate final product with at least two of the reactors connected in series, and at least one filter set in at least one of the pipes, characterized by taking the filter(s) out of the reactor/pipeline system simultaneously or separately, washing the filter(s) with an aqueous solution of a basic compound, an aromatic monohydroxyl compound, and a molten mixture of an aromatic dihydroxyl compound and a diaryl carbonate which contains a basic compound in this order outside the system, and resetting the filter(s) in the pipe(s) of the system for reuse.

Procédé pour la production stable de polycarbonates aromatiques en faisant réagir un composé aromatique dihydroxylé avec un carbonate de diaryle en continu grâce à l'utilisation d'un système réacteur/canalisation fermé lequel comprend de multiples réacteurs reliés de façon étanche par une canalisation constituée d'un ou plusieurs tuyaux en direction de l'orifice servant à faire sortir un produit final en polycarbonate aromatique avec au moins deux des réacteurs reliés en série, et au moins un filtre disposé dans au moins un des tuyaux, caractérisé en ce qu'on sort le ou les filtre(s) du système réacteur/canalisation simultanément ou séparément, on lave le ou les filtre(s) avec une solution aqueuse d'un composé basique, un composé aromatique monohydroxylé et un mélange fondu constitué d'un composé aromatique dihydroxylé et d'un carbonate de diaryle lequel contient un composé basique dans cet ordre à l'extérieur du système, et on remet le ou les filtre(s) dans la ou les canalisation(s) du système pour les réutiliser.
