A product having a glass layer is produced that can be produced at low cost and can exhibit excellent antibacterial function. A base body, a first glazing material capable of forming a first glass layer on a surface of the base body, and a second glazing material capable of forming a second glass layer containing a silver compound on the surface of the base body. A first glazing material layer comprising the first glazing material and, on the surface side, a second glazing material layer comprising the second glazing material are formed on the surface of the base body. The first glazing material layer and the second glazing material layer are melted to form a first glass layer and a second glass layer. The second glazing material layer has a higher viscosity upon melting than the first glazing material layer.
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement antitache, qui consiste à fournir un substrat, une première glaçure capable de former une première couche de verre à la surface du substrat, et une seconde glaçure capable de former une seconde couche de verre, renfermant un composé d'argent, à la surface du substrat. On forme ensuite une première couche de glaçure à base de première glaçure, et sur le côté extérieur de cette couche, une seconde couche de glaçure à base de seconde glaçure. En soumettant ces deux couches à une fusion, on obtient respectivement les première et seconde couches de verre, la seconde couche de verre présentant une viscosité supérieure à celle de la première couche de verre après fusion. Le procédé décrit permet de réaliser à un coût réduit un produit à couche de verre qui possède une excellente fonction antibactérienne
