This invention concerns a process for treating the surface of a metal piece to prepare it for drawing and to protect it temporarily against corrosion, including application of an aqueous composition for surface treatment of said piece and the drying of said aqueous composition so applied, characterized by the fact that said aqueous composition is obtained in advance by mixing an aqueous solution comprising at least an alcohol polyethoxylate or fatty acid and an aqueous oil emulsion comprising at least 3 to 13% by volume of an oil phase, comprising at least 75 to 90% by volume of at least one mineral oil and 5 to 10% by volume of at least one surfactant agent. It also relates to the metal pieces so obtained.
La présent invention a pour objet un procédé de traitement de la surface d'une pièce métallique en vue de la préparer à l'emboutissage et de la protéger temporairement contre la corrosion comprenant l'application à la surface de ladite pièce d'une composition aqueuse de traitement et le séchage de ladite composition aqueuse ainsi appliquée caractérisé en ce que ladite composition aqueuse est au préalable obtenue par mélange: - d'une solution aqueuse comprenant au moins un polyéthoxylat d'alcool ou d'acide gras et d'une émulsion aqueuse d'huile comprenant au moins 3 à 13 % en volume d'une phase huileuse comprenant au moins de 75 à 90 % en volume d'au moins une huile minérale et de 5 % à 10 % en volume d'au moins un agent tensioactif. Elle se rapporte en outre aux pièces métalliques ainsi obtenues.
