A process for the synthesis of an N-(di-substituted phosphoryl)-trans-4- hydroxy-L-proline of formula (I) is disclosed, wherein R1 and R2 independently represent C1-18 alkyl, phenyl or phenyl-substituted C1-18 alkyl, or R1 and R2 are taken in combination to represent C2-4 alkylidene or phenyl. Trans-4- hydroxy-L-proline is reacted with a di-(substituted) phosphite of formula (III) in the presence of sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide to produce a compound of formula (I).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour synthétiser un N-(phosphoryle di-substitué)-trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline selon la formule (I). Dans cette dernière, R?1¿ et R?2¿ représentent indépendamment alkyle C¿1-18?, phényle ou alkyle C¿1-18? substitué par du phényle, ou R?1¿ et R?2¿ sont pris en combinaison pour représenter alkylidène C¿2-4? ou phényle. Le trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline réagit avec un phosphite di-substitué présentant la formule (III) en présence d'hypochlorate de sodium et d'hydroxyde de sodium pour produire un composé présentant la formule (I).
