A process for the on-site articulates imbrication between concrete slabs in which joints are formed, laying during the works, along the joint lines, a simple in mesh reinforcing device with a cutting and bending pattern already prepared in the workshops. In this ways advantage is taken from the shrinking phenomenon to obtain an alternative indentation along the joints of the adjacent slabs continuously in concrete, capable of satisfactorily producing a joint type link between them. The process is complemented with a concrete separating component facilitating crack formation and preventing the arrival of water to the platform and that may be fastened to the mentioned device. The invention is applicable to concrete paving on roads, motorways and port areas for the storage of goods, and allows road metalling to be designed without the need of bases and sub-bases.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'emboîtement articulé entre les dalles de béton sur place consistant à former des joints par tension des matériaux le long des lignes de joint. On prévoit un dispositif simple d'armature en treillis et un modèle de coupe et doublage de fils préparé auparavant à l'atelier. Ainsi, on tire profit du phénomène de retrait de manière à obtenir des indentations alternées le long des joints des dalles adjacentes et formées d'un seul tenant, pouvant assurer de manière efficace une liaison de type rotule entre les joints. Un élément de séparation du béton contribue à faciliter la formation de fissurations et à empêcher l'infiltration d'eau dans les surfaces. Cet élément peut être fixé sur le dispositif précité. L'invention trouve une application dans les revêtements de béton sur les routes, autoroutes et zones portuaires de dépôt de marchandises et permet de concevoir les revêtements des routes sans avoir recours à des couches et sous-couches de fondation.
