The invention relates to a process for the cold transformation of urban solid refuses (USR) and/or sludge into inert materials, comprising the steps of: feeding USR and/or sludge from respective feeding lines; introducing the materials within a micronizer in order to reduce the granulometry and to recover water contained therein; adding CaO in an amount between 5 and 10 % in weight of the main component; adding CaCO3 in an amount between 5 and 10 % in weight of the main component; adding a polymeric additive in an amount between 3 and 10 % in weight of the main component; conveying the product to the shaping and stocking step. The invention also relates to a plant for the realisation of the above process and to the products obtained.
L'invention concerne un procédé de transformation à froid, soit de déchets urbains solides, soit de boues liquides en matériaux inertes, ce qui consiste à récupérer ces déchets urbains solides ou ces boues liquides depuis des conduits d'alimentation respectifs; à introduire ces matériaux dans un microniseur, de manière à en diminuer la granulométrie et à recueillir l'eau qu'ils contiennent; à ajouter CaO en quantité située entre 5 et 10 % en poids du constituant principal; à ajouter CaCO¿3? en quantité située entre 5 et 10 % en poids du constituant principal; à ajouter un additif polymère en quantité située entre 3 et 10 % en poids du constituant principal; à transférer le produit vers l'étape de mise en forme et d'emmagasinage. Elle concerne également une installation servant à mettre ce procédé en application, ainsi que les produits obtenus.
