A chemical paper pulp delignification method comprising a series of chlorinated reagent-free steps, i.e. an oxygen treatment step, a pulp decontamination step using a metal ion sequestering agent, an alkaline hydrogen peroxide treatment step and a peroxyacid treatment step.

Procédé pour la délignification d'une pâte à papier chimique au moyen d'une séquence d'étapes de traitment exempte de réactifs chlorés comportant, dans l'ordre, une étape de traitment à l'oxygène, une étape de traitment décontaminant de la pâte en ses ions métalliques, une étape au péroxyde d'hydrogène alcalin et une étape avec un péroxyacide.
