The invention relates to a process for the deresination of pulp as well as to the use of carbon dioxide or a (bi)carbonate compound for the deresination of pulp. The process concerns the removal of wood extractives or resin from an aqueous pulp suspension in an alkaline process stage of the pulping process, such as an oxygen delignification stage, at a pH above 10. Carbonate ions are provided in the pulp at the high pH for solubilizing a significant part of the wood extractives in the pulp. The alkaline pulp is dewatered to remove solubilized extractives and for providing a deresinated pulp.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de la résine de la pâte à papier ainsi que l'utilisation de dioxyde de carbone ou d'un composé (bi) carboné. Le processus consiste en l'extraction d'extraits ou de résine de bois à partir d'une suspension de pâte cellulosique aqueuse au cours d'un processus alcalin durant un procédé de fabrication de pâte, comme par exemple l'étape de délignification de l'oxygène avec un pH supérieur à 10. Les ions carbonate parviennent dans la pâte á papier avec un pH élevé afin de solubiliser une partie importante des extraits de bois situés dans la pâte. La pâte alcaline est deshydratée afin de supprimer les extraits solubilisés et d'obtenir une pâte á papier dépourvue de résine.
