Il consiste : 1) à faire incuber, après lavage, la substance im- mobilisée sur un support avec le produit de couplage d'un ligand spécifique et d'un ligand capable de réagir avec des érythrocytes; 2) à ajouter des érythrocytes ; 3) à plonger l'ensemble dans une solution d'un a- gent fixateur, 4) à mesurer l'érythroadsorption, après avoir re- tourné le support afin de permettre l'élimination des globules rouges n'ayant pas réagi.
