In the preparation of organic or aqueous-organic hydrogen peroxide solutions by direct synthesis from a non-explosive gaseous mixture containing hydrogen and oxygen, in the presence of a noble metal catalyst, using a reaction medium containing a halide and a strong acid, the reaction can be carried out in a stainless steel reactor without corrosion occurring on the reactor material if, during the reaction, the surface of the stainless steel is at no point in permanent contact with the gaseous mixture passing through the reactor.
Lors de la préparation de solutions de peroxyde d'hydrogène organiques ou organo-aqueuses par la synthese directe d'un mélange gazeux non explosif contenant de l'hydrogène et de l'oxygène, en présence d'un catalyseur métallique noble, à l'aide d'une substance de réaction contenant un halogénure et un acide fort, la réaction peut être conduite dans un réacteur d'acier inoxydable sans apparition de corrosion sur le matériau du réacteur si, pendant la réaction, la surface de l'acier inoxydable n'est jamais en contact permanent avec le mélange gazeux traversant le réacteur.
