La présente invention concerne des procédés d'obtention de mélanocytes à partir d'une suspension cellulaire, en particulier une suspension cellulaire épidermique, au moyen d'un récipient de culture. Une partie au moins de la surface du récipient de culture tournée vers l'espace de culture est modifiée, en particulier fonctionnalisée, notamment en utilisant un procédé à base de plasma à basse pression.
