A B R E G E Procédé pour la fabrication de cristaux de titanate de baryum et/ou de strontium et cristaux de titanate de baryum et/ou de strontium On précipite une poudre amorphe d'oxyde de titane et d'oxyde de baryum ou de strontium par hydrolyse d'alcoolate de titane en présence d'oxyde, hydroxyde ou alcoolate de baryum ou de strontium et d'un composé organique acide contenant plus de 6 atomes de carbone, et on chauffe la poudre amorphe en la traitant avec un courant gazeux contenant de la vapeur d'eau, de l'ammoniac ou du CO2 pour cristalliser le titanate de baryum ou de strontium et distiller le composé organique acide. Les cristaux de titanate de baryum ou de strontium sont de dimensions inférieures au micron et de morphologie anguleuse, irrégulière. Figure 4.
