PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention a trait à un procédé de fonctionnalisation d'un radical perfluoré consistant à faire réagir un perfluoro- halogénoalcane de formule RFX, dans laquelle le radical RF représente une chaîne alkyle perfluorée, droite ou ramifiée, saturée ou non, comportant de 2 à 12 atomes de carbone, et X un atome de chlore, de brome ou d'iode, sur un réactif approprié en présence d'une dispersion dans un solvant sulfoxylé d'un couple métallique composé d'un métal M1 choisi dans les groupes 2a, 1b, 2b ou 3a de la classification périodique des éléments, et d'un métal M2 possédant un potentiel électrochimique tel notamment être utilisé pour la fabrication de dérivés des acides perfluorocarboxyliques RFCOOH et perfluoroalcanesulfiniques RFSO2M.
