A process for the stereolithographic preparation of a three-dimensional object, wherein the object is built in a container which contains a radiation-curable liquid formulation with fillers by a repeated alternating succession of process steps (a) and (b), wherein in step (a) a layer of the radiation-curable liquid formulation, one limitation of which is the surface of the formulation, is cured using suitable radiation within a surface area which corresponds to the desired cross section of the three-dimensional object to be formed at the level of this layer, and wherein in step (b) a new layer of the radiation-curable liquid formulation is formed on said cured layer, which process comprises homogenising the radiation-curable liquid formulation during said process continuously or discontinuously to such an extent that there is no noticeable change in the filler content of the radiation-curable liquid formulation in the area of that layer with which the cured layer is coated in step (b). This process enables the skilled person, inter alia, to choose his fillers solely according to the purpose envisaged therefor without having to fear technical problems or problems relating to the quality of the sterolithographically produced object resulting from the sedimentation of the fillers during the preparation of the object.
L'invention concerne un procédé stéréolithographique pour la préparation d'un objet tridimensionnel, où l'objet est réalisé dans un récipient qui contient une formulation liquide durcissant sous l'effet de radiations et contenant des charges, par une application répétée des étapes (a) et (b) ci-après. Dans l'étape (a), une couche de formulation liquide durcissable par des radiations, dont une des limites est constituée par la surface de la formulation, est durcie en utilisant des radiations appropriées, sur une surface qui correspond à la section transversale de l'objet tridimensionnel à former au niveau de cette couche. Dans l'étape (b), une nouvelle couche de la formulation liquide durcissable sous l'effet de radiations est formée sur ladite couche durcie et la formulation liquide durcissable par l'effet de radiations est homogénéisée d'une manière continue ou discontinue pour qu'il n'y ait aucun changement notable dans la teneur en charge de la formulation liquide durcissable par l'effet des radiations dans la région de la couche appliquée dans l'étape (b) sur la couche durcie. Ce procédé permet à un spécialiste, entre autres, de choisir ses charges uniquement en fonction des besoins, sans avoir à se préoccuper du ou des problèmes concernant la qualité de l'objet produit par stéréolithographie, qui seraient dus à la sédimentation des charges durant la préparation de l'objet.
