A process for the isolation of a low molecular weight aminoglycan compound of formula I from a natural source of waste egg shells which is made up of alternating glucuronic acid and N-acetyl glucosamine units, wherein M may be at one or more instances Na, Ca, K, Mg; and n is an integer between 20 and 40 said process comprising the steps of: (a) pre-preparation of the waste egg shells for extraction of the embryonic low molecular weight aminoglycan compound of formula I using a polar organic solvent in water, (b) extraction of the low molecular weight aminoglycan compound of formula I as its water soluble salt using an aqueous polar salt solution, (c) isolation of a purified low molecular weight aminoglycan compound of formula I by gel formation out of the aqueous salt mixture by using a polar organic solvent followed by filtration or centrifuging, (d) stabilization of the isolated aminoglycan extract by sequential introduction of organic oils into a semi-dried gel to form aminoglycan compound of formula I .
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'isolement d'un composé aminoglycane de faible masse moléculaire répondant à la formule I provenant d'une source naturelle de coquilles d'AEufs sous forme de déchets qui se compose de motifs alternés acide glucuronique et N-acétyl-glucosamide, où M peut représenter dans un ou plusieurs cas Na, Ca, K, Mg ; et n est un nombre entier entre 20 et 40, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) pré-préparer des coquilles d'AEufs sous forme de déchets pour une extraction du composé aminoglycane de faible masse moléculaire embryonnaire répondant à la formule I en utilisant un solvant organique polaire dans de l'eau, (b) extraire le composé aminoglycane de faible masse moléculaire répondant à la formule I sous la forme de son sel hydrosoluble en utilisant une solution aqueuse de sel polaire, (c) isoler un composé aminoglycane purifié de faible masse moléculaire répondant à la formule I par la formation d'un gel à partir du mélange aqueux de sel en utilisant un solvant organique polaire, puis filtrer ou centrifuger, (d) stabiliser l'extrait d'aminoglycane isolé par une introduction séquentielle d'huiles organiques dans un gel partiellement séché de façon à former le composé aminoglycane répondant à la formule I.
