A procedure for the manufacturing of an improved condom, featuring the making of a concentric mesh of filaments that bond into a knot at a central point, said knot coinciding with the apex or tip of the condom's matrix and the orderly stretching (combing) of said filaments in an aligned way onto the walls of said matrix through the action of one or more elastomeric "o" rings that move from the matrix's apex, where the knot gathering the filaments lies, aligning and comb- ing them until they reach the appropriate extension on the matrix. At that point, the "o" rings will come to a halt and the filaments will continue and gather together in a knot, surpassing the end of the matrix, which lies at the opposite angle of the matrix's apex.- Once this spindlelike yarn of filaments is obtained, the next step is the making of both an upper latex cap and a latex perimetrical band. The former, by briefly dipping it into latex, will be adjacent to the apex of the (condom's) matrix; the latter, i.e. the latex perimetrical band, is placed where the finishing cut for the condom's base is desired, thus the filaments are fastened at those points.- Once these coatings for fastening the filaments are finished, the next step is to di- vide and remove the angle and the knot used initially to gather the filaments - 14 - together, as well as to cut and remove the left over portion surpassing the perime- trical band, thus there's a definite removal of both the initial knot as well as the left over portion that surpassed the base perimetrical band. As a result, the remaining portion thus obtained, is ready for a final latex dip and the subsequent rolling and getting ready for packaging.-
