ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A manufacturing process for making a woman's footwear, comprising the following steps: connecting a vamp on a non- reinforced cork-sole; moulding in one single piece from suitably resisting material a heel and arch assembly; connecting the non-reinforced cork sole to the afore-mentioned heel and arch assembly; and applying a half-sole to the lower face of the non-reinforced cork-sole. And a woman's footwear made accord- ing to the process.
