The present invention provides a process for the manufacture of free-flowing detergent granules having a bulk density of at least 600 g/l, comprising the steps of: (a) anionic surfactant acid or acids in an excess of alkali to form a paste, and optionally mixing other surfactants with the paste, to give a total surfactant level in the paste of at least 40 % by weight; (b) mixing said paste with one or more powders to form a granular product; and (c) optionally drying the granular product, wherein at least one of the powders in step (b) is spray-dried and comprises anionic polymer and cationic surfactant.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de granules détersives coulantes présentant une masse volumique apparente d'au moins 600 g/l. Ce procédé se décompose en plusieurs opérations: a) neutralisation du ou des acides tensioactifs anioniques dans un excédent d'alcali pour former une pâte, et mélange facultatif à la pâte d'autres agents tensioactifs pour obtenir une teneur pondérale totale d'au moins 40 % d'agents tensioactifs dans la pâte; b) mélange de ladite pâte avec une ou plusieurs poudres permettant de former un produit granulaire; et c) séchage facultatif du produit granulaire. Selon ce procédé, au moins l'une des poudres de l'opération b) est séchée par pulvérisation et comporte un polymère anionique et un agent tensioactif cationique.
