The present invention relates to hydrocarbons and particularly to the manufacture of hydrocarbon components suit-able as aviation fuels or jet fuels and as blending stocks for aviation fuels. The process comprises the stages, wherein in the first stage an oil feed of biological origin and hydrogen gas are subjected to conditions sufficient to effect hydrodeoxygenation in the presence of a hydrodeoxygenation catalyst to yield n-paraffins; in the second stage the n-paraffins and hydrogen gas are subjected to conditions sufficient to effect isomerisation in the presence of an isomerisation catalyst to yield isoparaffins and separating fractions; and recycling the fraction boiling at a temperature above 200°C under atmospheric pressure obtained from the second stage to reisomerisation, where isomerisation is effected in the presence of an isomerisation catalyst.
La présente invention porte sur des hydrocarbures et en particulier sur la fabrication de composants hydrocarbonés pouvant servir de carburants daviation ou de carburéacteurs ainsi que de bases pour mélange pour des carburants daviation. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : dans la première étape une charge d'huile d'origine biologique et de l'hydrogène gazeux sont soumis à des conditions suffisantes pour effectuer une hydrodésoxygénation en présence d'un catalyseur d'hydrodésoxygénation pour produire des n-paraffines; dans la seconde étape les n-paraffines et l'hydrogène gazeux sont soumis à des conditions suffisantes pour effectuer une isomérisation en présence d'un catalyseur d'isomérisation pour produire des isoparaffines et des fractions sont séparées; et la fraction ayant une température d'ébullition supérieure à 200 °C sous pression atmosphérique obtenue à partir de la seconde étape est recyclée vers une nouvelle isomérisation, l'isomérisation étant effectuée en présence d'un catalyseur d'isomérisation.
