Abstract of the Disclosure Process for the manufacture of polyglycidyl esters of aromatic, aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or heterocyclic poly- carbocyclic acids, characterised in that polyalkyl esters, having 1 to 4 C-atoms in the alkyl group. of the corresponding polycarbocyclic acids are transesterified with at least stoichiometric amounts of glycidol, in the presence of a thallium compound as the catalyst, in a temperature range of 50 to 120°C and the alcohol formed during the transesterification is removed continuously from the reaction mixture.
