The invention relates to a large-scale method for producing salts of (1R,5S) anhydroecgonine esters. The salt formation and selective crystallization of (1R,5S) anhydroecgonine esters with chiral acids is highly efficient in producing an enantiomer form, any undesired enantiomers and other impurities being removed. The ester and its salts are used as the starting material for producing active agents.

L'invention concerne un procédé adapté à la production de masse de sels de (1R,5S)-anhydroecgoninesters. La formation de sel et la cristallisation sélective de (1R,5S)-anhydroecgoninesters avec des acides chiraux permet de produire à haut rendement une forme énantiomère, des énantiomères indésirables et d'autres impuretés étant largement éliminés. L'ester obtenu et ses sels servent de matières premières pour la production d'agents actifs.
