A process for the manufacture of shaped articles of compacted detergent powder is disclosed. The shaped articles are manufactured by compacting a particulate composition in a mould consisting of a plurality of mould parts (10, 12, 20, 14) which are moveable relative to each other, at least one of the mould parts (12) having an elastomeric coating on a surface area (16) which contacts the composition, characterised in that the elastomeric coating has, over a majority of its area, a thickness which does not exceed 0.5 mm.
On décrit un procédé de fabrication d'articles façonnés à l'aide de poudre détergente compactée. On fabrique ces articles en compactant une composition particulaire dans un moule comprenant une pluralité de parties de moule (10, 12, 20, 14), mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres, l'une au moins de ces parties (12) possédant un revêtement élastomère sur une zone superficielle (16) entrant en contact avec la composition, cette couche élastomère étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente, sur la plus grande partie de sa surface, une épaisseur n'excédant pas 0,5 mm.
