ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A stable polymer polyol dispersion with a narrow particle size distribution prepared by reacting polyepoxides with epoxide resin hardeners, these hardeners being selected from the group consisting of amines, hydrazines, hydrazides, ammonia and mixtures thereof in the presence of liquid polyols selected from the group consisting of di to octa- functional polyester polyols and polyoxyalkylene polyether polyols. The polyols have molecular weights of 200 to 8000.
