This invention relates to a process for the preparation of compounds selected from the compounds having the formula: Image (I) which represents a compound selected from the isomer Z,the isomer E and mixtures of both stereoisomers of the oximino group and in which : A is selected from oxygen and sulfur, X1 is selected from halogen, hydrogen and methyl, R is selected from hydrogen and C1-5 alkyl, X2 and X3, which may be the same or different, are each selected from hydrogen, halogen and C1-5 alkyl, R' is selected from hydrogen and C1-5 alkyl, the group Image is at a position selected from 2- and 3-position on the heterocycle, and the salts of the acids of the formula (I) with physio- logically acceptable bases.
