The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of (3-cyano-1H- indol-7-yl)[4-(4-fluorophenethyl)piperazin-1-yl]-methanone and salts thereof, characterised in that an indole ester of the formula II in which R is as defined in Claim 1, is converter into 3-cyano-1H-indole-7-carboxylic acid via steps (1) to (4) according to Claim 1, and this is reacted with 1-[2-(4- fluorophenyl)ethyl]piperazine of salts thereof to give the product.
La présente invention a trait à un procédé de préparation de (3-cyano-1H-indol-7-yl)[4-(4-fluorophénéthyl)pipérazin-1-yl]-méthanone et de sels de ce composé, se caractérisant en ce qu'un ester d'indole de formule II, dans laquelle R est tel que défini dans la Revendication 1, est converti en acide 3-cyano-1H-indole-7-carboxylique par la mise en oeuvre des étapes (1) à (4), selon la Revendication 1, et que l'acide résultant est soumis à une réaction avec de la 1-[2-(4-fluorophényl)éthyl]pipérazine ou des sels de ce composé, de sorte à obtenir le produit.
