The C1-INH concentrate may be used as replacement therapy for hereditary angioedema and other pathologies where inflammatory reactions are involved.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un concentré d'inhibiteur de la C1-estérase, d'origine plasmatique humain, qui comprend 2 séparations par chromatographie sur gels échangeurs d'ions de type tentaculaire.
