Procédé de préparation d'un plastisol vinylique expansible apte à donner des produits cellulaires contenant un agent porophore à base d'azote et un sel de zinc comme accélérateur de décomposition d'agent porophore. L'accélérateur, qui est de préférence du chlorure de zinc, est incorporé au plastisol sous forme d'une solution dans un vehicule liquide. Le procédé conduit à des produits cellulaires constitués de fines cellules uniformes sans modification importante de la coloration.
