ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a process for the preparation of an electron beam cured gypsum panel which comprises subjecting a hydrated gypsum slurry which may contain an additive, fibrous material, fine aggregates and water to defoaming, setting and drying to form a gypsum substrate, coating an electron beam curable resin composition on the surface of the gypsum substrate to form a coated film, and irradiating the coated film with an accelerated electron beam to effect curing.
