PRÉCIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Pour préparer ces macromonomères représentés par la formule (PA)n-F ou F-PA-F, où PA est une séquence polymère (méth) acrylique; n vaut 1,2 ou 3: F est un groupement terminé par O-, OH ou par un radical vinylique, avec la condition que F est un groupement terminé par O- ou OH lorsque PA est une séquence méthacrylique et n vaut 1, on conduit la poly- mérisation anionique d'un monomère A, à l'aide d'un système initiateur capable de conduire à la formation d'une séquence polymère vivante PA- ou -PA- et constitué par au moins un amorceur respectivement monofonctionnel ou bifonctionnel et au moins un ligand; puis on fait réagir le chaînon vivant obtenu avec un agent de fonctionnalisation pour obte- nir un macromonomère présentant une ou deux terminaisons vinyliques ou O-. Si le macromonomère obtenu présente au moins une terminaison O-, on peut le faire réagir avec un second agent de fonctionnalisation pour obtenir un macro monomère présentant au moins une terminaison OH ou vinylique.
