ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE According to this process, an aqueous solution to be encapsulated is dispersed in a water-insoluble or hardly soluble solvent containing at least one lipid compound in order to form vesicles of such solution surrounded by a film of said lipid compound, then such vesicles are emulsified in another aqueous medium, said solvent being eliminated prior to or after said emulsification.
