The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of o-chloro- methylphenylmethoximinoglyoxylic acid esters of formula (I), wherein R is C3- C8 alkyl, in which process o-chloromethylphenylglyoxylic acid amide of formula (III) is, in any order or concurrently, a) oximated with O-methylhydroxylamine and b) esterified under acid conditions with an R-OH alcohol, wherein R is C3- C8 alkyl. A process for the preparation of compound (III) is also described, as well as the use of the compounds of formula (I) in the preparation of fungicides.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'esters de l'acide o-chloro-méthylphénylméthoximinoglyoxylique de la formule (I) dans laquelle R représente alkyle C¿3?-C¿8?, procédé dans lequel un amide de l'acide o-chlorométhylphénylglyoxylique de la formule (III) est, dans un ordre quelconque ou simultanément: a) oximé à l'aide d'une O-méthylhydroxylamine, et b) estérifié, dans des conditions acides, à l'aide d'un alcool R-OH, où R représente alkyle C¿3?-C¿8?. On décrit également un procédé de préparation du composé (III), de même que l'utilisation des composés de la formule (I) dans la préparation de fongicides.
