PRECIS De nouveaux dérivés de thiéno [2,3-b] pyrrole, utilisables comme médicaments, et répondant à la formule Image dans laquelle : - R1 est hydrogène, ou alcoyle de C1 à C5 ; - R2 est cyano, carboxy, COOM (M étant un métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux ou un radical ammonium, mono-, di-, tri-, ou tétra-alcoylammonium,), COOR (R étant un alcoyle de C1 à C5), ou -CO Image (R' et R" identiques ou différents étant hydrogène ou alcoyle de C1 à C5) ; - R3 est alcoyle de C1 à C5, et - R4 est alcoyle de C1 à C5 ou phényle éventuellement mono ou polysubstitué par un halogène, alcoyle ou alcoxy de C1 à C5, nitro ou dialcoylamino ; ont été préparés selon le schéma réactionnel suivant Image (III) (III) (IV) Image (V) (IV) Image (V) (VI) Image (VI) (I) Image Ces composés (I) peuvent être utilisés en thérapeu- tique notamment dans le traitement des douleurs aiguës ou chroniques.
