Procédé pour la fabrication de blocs de substance autoadhésive thermofusible à surfaces dépourvues de pouvoir collant et de pouvoir d'autoagglomération qui consiste à couler une telle substance dans un moule préalablement revêtu d'un voile protecteur réalisé par filage d'un thermoadhésif non autocollant et à protéger la surface de coulée par un voile semblable. A cet effet, on utilise avantageusement des buses dites de fibérisation. Ces voiles protecteurs sont très résistants, et participant à la solidité du bloc, ils permettent le conditionnement libre d'adhésifs à faible tenue mécanique en masse.
