A process for producing substantially optically pure sertraline utilizes chromatographic separation on a solid stationary chiral phase of spherical clay particles having an interlayer containing an optically pure metal-organic complex, and a liqiuid mobile phase preferably containing at least methyl acetate. The liquid mobile phase is preferably free of acetonitrile. The process is operable at temperatures above 40~C.
Dans un procédé de production de sertraline sensiblement optiquement pure, on utilise la séparation chromatographique sur une phase chirale fixe solide de particules sphériques d'argile comportant une couche intercalée contenant un complexe organométallique et une phase mobile liquide contenant de préférence au moins un acétate de méthyle. La phase mobile liquide est de préférence dépourvue d'acétonitrile. Ce procédé peut être mis en oeuvre à des températures supérieures à 40 ·C.
