L'oxirane a pour formule : Image dans laquelle X représente un substituant nucléofuge, R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur substitué ou non par un halogène, un groupe aryle éventuellement substitué, R2 et R3 représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alkyle inférieur éventuellement substitué, un groupe aryle éventuellement substitué, R4 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur éventuellement substitué, un groupe ar yle éventuellement substitué par un groupement alcoxy. Application à la préparation de polyaminoalcools, d'urées, de polyazidothiols et de compositions liantes pour propergols.
