In the production of polyesters and copolyesters, titanium dioxide/silicon dioxide co-precipitates with a composition of TiO2:SiO2 = 90:10 to 20:80 mol/mol and/or titanium dioxide/zirconium dioxide co-precipitates with a composition of TiO2:ZrO2 = 95:5 to 70:30 mol/mol are proposed as polycondensation catalysts. They exhibit greater catalytic activity than Sb2O3, so that the preferred proportion of additive is only 10 to 100 ppm in relation to the esters or oligo esters to be poly-condensed.
Pour la fabrication de polyesters et de copolyesters, on utilise, conformément à l'invention, comme catalyseurs de polycondensation, des coprécipités de dioxyde de titane/dioxyde de silicium, de composition TiO¿2?:SiO¿2? = 90:10 à 20:80 mol/mol et/ou des coprécipités de dioxyde de titane/dioxyde de zirconium, de composition TiO¿2?:ZrO¿2? = 95:5 à 70:30 mol/mol. Ces produits présentent une activité catalytique plus élevée que Sb¿2?O¿3?, de sorte que les quantités préférées mises en oeuvre ne sont que de 10 à 100 ppm, par rapport aux esters ou aux oligoesters à polycondenser.
